Colleen decided to add another recipe to her growing list. This time she has a write up for her Cajun Style Gumbo. This gumbo is darn good for a good ole New England girl. Before I meet, Colleen I lived in Louisiana for 17 years and developed quite a fondness for Cajun and Creole cooking. This gumbo ranks right up there near the top as one of my favorites.
I made a gluten free version of Colleen’s Chicken Collenzini. Thanks for the inspiration!
