A family favorite snack around here is the Whoopie Pie. Over the years, Colleen came up with two variations, the Banana Whiffie and the Pumpkin Puffie. Now, Colleen has taken the later two one step further and made them gluten-free because our daugher-in-law cannot have gluten and the Banana Whiffies are her favorite.
