A Recipe Request From Our Daughter

Alysia, our oldest daughter, is just starting on her journey in the kitchen. She has come quite a ways too, I might add. Colleen was tickled pink when Alysia called wanting one of Colleen’s recipes so she could try to make it vegetarian. Colleen decided this was a great recipe to add to her collection here. As an added bonus, Colleen figured out that this recipe is gluten-free too.
