It certainly was not your typical mid-August week in North Carolina. Temperatures stuggled to get to 80 degrees, and there was a lot of rain. The gardens appreciated all of the rain though, especially the bush beans. Colleen and I spent a good deal of time inside, and I walked outside when I could.
